My name is Leroy Atzori, and I am a 20-year-old Italian student who will be continuing my studies in Human Resources and Management at Tilburg University. As I prepare to return to Tilburg, I am looking for a place where I can feel at home, build my daily routine, and enjoy the next few years 
while focusing on my studies.

My parents will be my guarantors, and you will find their tax information and current bank account information in the drive above. We would also be willing to discuss paying six or more months of rent in advance.

I am looking for a 12+ month lease. I am single, a non-smoker and have no pets. I would be ready to rent immediately.

About me:
Although I am still young, becoming independent has always been important to me. Over the past few years I have worked, lived on my own, and started putting money aside to support myself and prepare for the future. Those experiences have taught me responsibility and the importance of taking care of the things that are entrusted to me.

Outside of university, I enjoy staying active. Whether it's going to the gym, playing sports, or spending time outdoors with friends, I like making the most of my free time. At the same time, I value having a peaceful place to come home to. I'm perfectly happy spending an evening by myself, putting on some music, cooking something to eat, or simply relaxing after a busy day. I occasionally enjoy having friends over, but I appreciate a calm home where everyone feels comfortable.
